硫酸钡阻垢剂PA-Q1的合成与阻垢机理研究 被引量:5

摘要 海上油气田在注水开发过程中,由于注入硫酸盐含量高的海水与钡、锶等阳离子含量高的地层水不配伍,易形成硫酸钡锶垢,堵塞井筒和近井地带,制约油气田产量。以马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸(AA)、酯类单体作为原料,采用过硫酸铵作为引发剂,通过优化聚合工艺合成一种三元共聚物PA-Q1,阻垢率达到94.4%。PA-Q1主要通过空间位阻和疏水效应起到阻垢效果,对硫酸钡晶体的生长有明显的干扰作用,能够使硫酸钡结晶诱导期由小于5 s延长至90 s,晶核生长速率由0.01965 s^(-1)降为0.00057 s^(-1)。 During the process of water injection development in offshore oil and gas fields,barium and strontium sulfate scales are easily formed due to the incompatibility of injected seawater with high sulfate content and formation water with high Ba2+cation content.The scales can block the wellbore and the near-well zone to restrict oil and gas field production.In this paper,maleic anhydride(MA),acrylic acid(AA)and ester monomers were used as raw materials,ammonium persulfate was used as an initiator to synthesize terpolymer PA-Q1 by optimizing the polymerization process.The scale inhibition rate reached 94.4%.PA-Q1 played a scale inhibition effect through steric hindrance and hydrophobic effect,and had obvious interference effect on the growth of barium sulfate crystals,which could extend the induction period of barium sulfate crystal from less than 5 s to 90 s,and the growth rate of crystal nucleus from 0.011965 s^(-1) to 0.00057 s^(-1).
