介绍了制冷系统的组成、原理和经济器的原理、分类及应用情况,探讨了闪发式经济器、直接膨胀型经济器和管壳式经济器的特点及应用情况。结合工程实践,给出不同的蒸发温度和冷凝温度、是否配置经济器、配置不同类型经济器的情况下制冷量及电机能耗的变化。经济器对不同制冷剂的影响不同,如以R134a为制冷剂时要比以R22为制冷剂时制冷效果更佳明显。同时对于不同工况如何配置经济器进行分析,提出了针对不同工况经济器的配置方案及需要注意的问题。

The composition and principle of the refrigeration system were introduced,as well as the principle,classification and applications of economizer.Then characteristics and applications of flash type economizer,direct expansion economizer and shell and tube economizer were introduced.Combined with engineering practice,the changes of cooling capacity and motor energy consumption under different evaporating and condensing temperatures,whether to configure economizers,and different types of economizers were analyzed.The effect of economizer using refrigerant R134 a was better than that using R22 as refrigerant.The operating conditions of different types of economizers were put forward.At the same time,how to configure the economizers under different working conditions was analyzed.The configuration schemes and problems needing attention for different operating conditions were put forward.
