2021版《ACG临床指南:特异质性药物性肝损伤的诊断和处理》精粹介绍及相关思考 被引量：9

摘要 2021年5月,美国胃肠病学会(American College of Gastroenterology,ACG)发布了新版《ACG临床指南:特异质性药物性肝损伤的诊断和处理》(简称《指南》)[1]。这是该《指南》自2014年首次发布以来[2],时隔7年进行的修订和更新。现对该《指南》进行介绍。特异质性药物性肝损伤(idiosyncratic drug-induced liver injury,IDILI)在胃肠病学和肝脏病学临床实践中颇为常见,临床表现多样,可从无症状性肝脏生化指标升高到出现肝细胞性或胆汁淤积性黄疸、肝衰竭或慢性肝炎。
