DAA治疗合并抗NMDAR脑炎的丙型肝炎(混合型可能)1例

摘要 患者为青年女性,28岁,主因“舌头麻木伴反应迟钝1周,发作抽搐1 d”于2018年11月1日就诊至北京宣武医院,头颅MRI及全腹部MRI均未见异常,住院期间外送协和化验自身免疫性脑炎,抗N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体(NMDA)(血)1:10+;NMDA(脑脊液)1:100+,给予激素冲击治疗(甲强龙500 mg起始),并预防激素相关并发症,控制癫痫发作。
