承压罐式集装箱新型三圆弧封头的开发应用

摘要 承压罐式集装箱罐体上采用标准椭圆形封头,曲面深度大,制造困难,罐体内容积偏小,装载介质量少;而碟形封头受力欠佳,设计厚度大。结合有限元分析,开发了新型三圆弧封头,保证了罐体内容积。通过优化圆弧半径,改善封头受压后的应力分布,减小了封头的设计厚度,实现了承压罐箱的筒体与封头等厚,使罐体重量得以降低,节约了材料成本,推动了罐式集装箱的轻量化和装载质量的最大化设计。该设计已通过LR劳氏船级社的审核认证。 The standard elliptical head was used on the tank body of pressure tank container,the curved surface depth was large,thus it increased the manufacturing difficulty,and made the volume of tank relatively small,so the loading capacity was small.However,the dished head had low intensity and larger design thickness.Combined with the finite element analysis,a new type three-arc head was developed,which ensured the volume of tank.By optimizing the radius of the arc,the stress distribution of the head was improved,and the head thickness was thinner than before,so reduced the weight of tank container.As a result,the material cost was saved and lightweight design of tank container and the loading capacity were promoted.This design has been approved by LR Lloyd.
