组织工程用磷酸钙浆料的制备及其粘度研究

摘要 随着人工骨替代移植物的日益需求,组织工程用支架应运而生。组织工程用支架的制备工艺及其材料种类是决定其能否在临床骨科应用的2个关键因素。为了探究磷酸钙浆料的粘度影响因素,进行了固含量、聚羧酸钠盐分散剂种类及其含量对BCP浆料的粘度的影响规律研究,还进行了原材料粉末的表征和磷酸钙浆料的制备及其性能研究。通过动力学粘度测试结果可知:当固含量为52vol%时,手动搅拌BCP浆料比较顺畅,且不至于因为粘度过高而无法进行后续支架的挤出成型;2种聚羧酸钠盐分散剂在原材料粉末的干重为0.6wt%时,由于5040参与配制的BCP浆料比OROTAN 731A的粘度值更低,表明5040的分散效果比OROTAN 731A更佳,为下一步组织工程支架的制备奠定了良好的基础。 With the increasing demand of artificial bone instead of graft,tissue engineering scaffolds emerge generated.The preparation technology and material types of tissue engineering scaffolds were two key factors to determine whether they could be used in clinical orthopedics.In order to explore the influencing factors of the viscosity of calcium phosphate slurry,it was studied that the effects of solid content,the type and content of polycarboxylate dispersant on BCP slurry,and it was also studied that the characterization of raw material powder and the preparation and performance of calcium phosphate slurry.The dynamic viscosity test results showed that when the solid content was 52 vol%,manual stirring of BCP slurry was smoother,and could not carry out subsequent extrusion molding because the viscosity was too high.It was also found that the viscosity of BCP slurry prepared with 5040 was lower than that of OROTAN 731A when the dry weight of raw material powder was 0.6wt%,which indicated that the dispersion effect of 5040 was better than that of OROTAN 731A,and laid a good foundation for the preparation of tissue engineering scaffolds.
