德租日占时期青岛殖民教育研究(1898—1922)

Research on Colonial Education in Qingdao during the Periods of German and Japanese Occupation(1898-1922)

德占时期和第一次日占时期,为了对青岛更好地进行殖民统治和经济掠夺,日德两国殖民当局都对青岛的教育活动进行控制和管理,以期为侵略活动服务。但在不同的文化政策指导下,两国在青办学形式、授课内容和影响都有所不同。德占时期主要由总督府和基督教会承担教育活动的开展,教育内容涉及宗教、近代科技文化知识和职业技能,客观上推动了青岛教育近代化和文化水平的提高。第一次日占时期日本殖民当局为青岛中国人教育活动主导者,借助公学堂和日语学校对中国青少年进行奴化教育。虽然日德两国殖民当局在不同文化政策指导下,实行不同的教育活动,并造成教育活动效果的差异性,但其实质都是为殖民统治服务。

In the German occupation period and the first Japanese occupation period,in order to better carry out the colonial rule and economic plunder,the colonial authorities of the two countries controlled and managed the educational activities in Qingdao for the purpose of serving their aggressive activities.However,under the guidance of different cultural policies,the school-running forms,teaching content and influences were different.In the German occupation period,the governor's office and the Christian Church mainly undertook educational activities.The education content involved religion,knowledge of modern science and technology,and culture,and vocational skills,which objectively promoted the modernization of education and the improvement of cultural level in Qingdao.In the first Japanese occupation period,the colonial authority was the leader of educational activities of the Chinese people in Qingdao,using public schools and Japanese schools to carry out enslaving education for Chinese teenagers.Although the colonial authorities of the two countries performed different educational activities under the guidance of different cultural policies,and caused the differences of results,their essence was to serve the colonial rule.
