基于校企协同育人模式高职复合型技能人才培养探索

Exploration on the Cultivation of Compound Skilled Talents Based on School-Enterprise Cooperative Education Mode

校企协同育人是职业院校复合型技术技能人才培养的重要手段。以武汉城市职业学院高职汽车专业为例,通过与上汽大众合作共建校企协同育人平台,校企双方创新人才培养方案、优化专业课程体系,打造高水平教师队伍,搭建高水平实训基地,为企业输送了大量高素质复合型技术技能人才。通过对校企协同育人模式进行深度剖析,以期为优质校建设背景下高职院校技术技能人才培养模式改革提供参考。

School-enterprise cooperative education is an important means of training compound skilled talents in vocational colleges.Taking the major of Automobile in Wuhan City Polytechnic as an example,by building university-enterprise cooperative education platform with Shanghai Volkswagen,innovating innovative talent training scheme,optimizing professional curriculum system,building a contingent of high-quality teachers,setting up a high level training base,a large number of highly qualified skilled talents has been prepared for the enterprise.Through in-depth analysis of the school-enterprise cooperative education mode,it is expected to provide a reference for the reform of the training mode of skilled talents in higher vocational colleges under the background of the construction of high-quality schools.
