“驾照学考”模式下增强职业技术教育适应性对策

Countermeasures to Enhance the Adaptability of Vocational and Technical Education under the Mode of“Driving License Learning Test”

新时代我国经济由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,对高质量技术技能人才的需求越来越紧迫。针对当前我国职业技术教育适应性存在的问题,提出了“驾照学考”模式。通过成立专门的统一的管理机构解决职业技术教育多部门管理职能交叉的问题,制定职业院校毕业生的职业技能考核标准并严格执行考核工作,拆掉职业院校的“围墙”满足全社会对职业技术教育的需求等措施以增强职业技术教育的适应性。

In the new era,China's economy is shifting from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development,and the demand for high-quality technical and skilled personnel is more and more urgent.In view of the problems existing in the adaptability of vocational and technical education in our country,this paper puts forward the mode of“driving license learning test”,by establishing a unified management institutions to solve the problems of the cross function of multi-department management in vocational and technical education,In order to enhance the adaptability of vocational and technical education,we should formulate the vocational skills assessment standards for graduates and strictly implement the assessment work,tear down the“walls”of vocational schools to meet the demands of the whole society.
