摘要
职业教育课堂教学质量直接影响着人才培养质量。运用教育生态学原理分析了职业教育生态课堂的内涵与特征,从现状与问题出发,找出了职业教育生态课堂的生态失衡因子,并提出了如何构建平等和谐的师生关系,构建教学内容与教学方法的生态效应以及构建教学与学习的生态环境的生态课堂的三个要素。
The quality of classroom teaching in vocational education directly affects the quality of talent cultivation.By using principles of ecology of education this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of vocational education ecological classroom,starting from the present situation and problems,finds out the unbalance factors in ecological classrooms in vocational colleges,and puts forward ways on how to build the equal and harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and builds up ecological effects of teaching content and teaching methods and the construction of teaching and learning environment of the three elements of ecological classroom.
