摘要
为提高皂角播种育苗出苗率,选择硫酸、过氧化氢2种试剂开展了不同浓度、不同浸泡时间的种子处理试验,以蒸馏水浸泡为对照,结果表明:硫酸、过氧化氢处理均可提高皂角种子的萌发率,以70%硫酸浸泡处理30 min的萌发率最高,萌发率为90.67%。
In order to improve the efficiency of seedling breeding of Gleditsia sinensis seeds,two reagents of sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide were selected to study the germination effect of Gleditsia sinensis seeds under different concentrations and different soaking times.Distilled water soaking was used as a control treatment.Result shows that treatments(sulfuric acid&hydrogen peroxide)all can increase the germination rate of Gleditsia sinensis seeds.The germination rate is the highest when treated with 70%sulfuric acid for 30 minutes,and the germination rate reaches 90.67%.
