基于可拓层次分析法的铁路货运场站安全风险评价研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着铁路货运产品不断丰富、货运增量要求不断提高,铁路货运场站兼顾效率、效益与安全的关系成为亟需解决的关键问题。通过分析铁路货运场站安全风险评价现状,从货物受理、货物交接、货物装卸、货物仓储以及货物交付等方面,构建铁路货运场站安全风险评价指标体系。基于可拓层次分析法计算铁路货运场站安全风险评价指标权重,研究结果表明,货物交接环节和装卸作业环节对铁路货运场站安全风险影响程度较大,应重点补强相关作业设施设备短板,提升铁路货运场站安全管理水平。 Increasingly diversified railway freight products put forward stricter requirements for railway freight stations,and thus it is the key issue for railway freight stations to consider the relationship among efficiency,benefit,and safety.According to the analysis of the current safety risk assessment of railway freight stations,an index system for safety risk assessment was built on the aspects of freight acceptance,handover,handling,warehousing,and delivery.The index weights of safety risk assessment of railway freight stations were calculated through extension analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The results show that freight handling and handover exhibit a greater impact on the safety risk of railway freight stations.Hence,top priority should be given to updating related facilities and equipment to improve the safety risk assessment of railway freight stations.
