摘要
目的:研究超声评价高效抗逆转录病毒疗法对艾滋病患者颈动脉斑块引起狭窄程度。方法:选择86例艾滋病患者为研究样本进行回顾性分析,所有患者均接受高效抗逆转录病毒疗法治疗,在治疗前后对患者颈动脉进行超声检查,检测和比较患者治疗前、治疗后6个月的颈动脉内-中膜厚度和动脉弹性指标。结果:86例患者治疗前、治疗后6个月未出现高血压、糖尿病以及肾功能障碍等相关疾病,患者的颈动脉内-中膜厚度、顺应性系数、僵硬度以及脉搏波传导速度与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);d4T+3TC NVP、AZT+3TC+NVP、AZT+3TC+EFV治疗后颈动脉内-中膜厚度、顺应性系数、僵硬度以及脉搏波传导速度、僵硬度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用高效抗逆转录病毒疗法治疗艾滋病患者期间,未见患者颈动脉病变狭窄发生恶化情况,而且采用超声评价有效评价患者颈动脉血管狭窄程度,可保障和改善治疗的安全性。
Objective To evaluate the degree of carotid artery stenosis induced by high-efficiency antiretroviral therapy(ARV)in patients with AIDS.Method 86 patients with AIDS who were hospitalized in our hospital were selected as study samples for retrospective analysis.All patients were treated with high-efficiency antiretroviral therapy,and the carotid artery was examined by ultrasound before and after treatment.The index of carotid intima-media thickness and arterial elasticity and compared before and 6 months after treatment.Results 86 patients did not have hypertension,diabetes and renal dysfunction before and 6 months after treatment.There was no significant difference in carotid-media thickness,compliance coefficient,stiffness and pulse wave conduction velocity compared with the reference group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in carotid-media thickness,compliance coefficient,stiffness and pulse wave conduction velocity and stiffness after d4T 3TC NVP、AZT 3TC NVP、AZT 3TC EFV treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of AIDS patients with high-efficiency antiretroviral therapy,no deterioration of carotid artery stenosis occurred,and the use of ultrasound to evaluate the degree of carotid artery stenosis can guarantee and improve the safety of treatment.
