初诊2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能(FMD值)的改变和相关危险因素及降糖对血管内皮功能影响的研究

Changes of vascular endothelial function(FMD)in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and related risk factors and the effect of hypoglycemia on vascular endothelial function

目的:探讨初诊2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能(FMD值)的改变和相关危险因素及降糖对血管内皮功能影响。方法:选取2型糖尿病患者90例为研究组,同时选取同期行体检的健康人群40例为对照组。结果:研究组HDL-C水平、FMD值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组LDL-C、TG、TC、Hcy、HbAlc、2 hPG、FPG水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组MPPGE、MODD、LAGE、MAGE、SDBG高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FMD与LDL-C、TG、TC、HbAlc、2 hPG、FPG、Hcy、MPPGE、MODD、LAGE、MAGE、SDBG等各参数之间呈负相关(P<0.05);TC、Hcy、MODD与FMD是独立相关的(P<0.05)。结论:初诊2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能(FMD值)的改变和相关危险因素及降糖对血管内皮功能影响研究中,FMD与LDL-C、TG、TC、HbAlc、2 hPG、FPG、Hcy、MPPGE、MODD、LAGE、MAGE、SDBG等各参数之间呈负相关,对患者的血糖水平进行控制有利于提高患者血管内皮功能。

Objective To investigate the changes of vascular endothelial function(FMD)and related risk factors in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus and the effect of hypoglycemia on vascular endothelial function.Method Ninety patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital were selected as the study group,and 40 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Results The levels of HDL-C and FMD in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of LDL-C,TG,TC,Hcy,HbAlc,2 hPG and FPG in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of MPPGE,MODD,LAGE,MAGE and SDBG in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);FMD was negatively correlated with LDL-C,TG,TC,HbAlc,2 hPGG,FPG,Hcy,MPPGE,MODD,LAGE,MAGE,SDBG(P<0.05).TC,Hcy and MODD were independently correlated with FMD(P<0.05).Conclusion In the study of the changes of vascular endothelial function(FMD value)and related risk factors and the effects of hypoglycemia on vascular endothelial function in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus,FMD is negatively correlated with LDL-C,TG,TC,HbAlc,2 hPG,FPG,Hcy,MPPGE,MODD,LAGE,MAGE,SDBG.The control of blood sugar level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is conducive to improving vascular endothelial function.
