测绘遥感技术在国家陆地边界联合检查与管理中的应用

在边界联合检查以及边界日常管理中,都需测绘以及遥感技术作为支持。边界联检过程中,需要用到测绘及遥感技术以提供国界地图、开展实地勘测并为最终的联检文件起草提供技术保障。在日常界务管理中,测绘及遥感技术在界标维护、新增单边沿界或跨界设施、解决界务纠纷以及为准备联检所做的边界内部调查方面均有举足轻重的作用。今后的工作中,建议坚持不懈地走需求牵引、技术推动的道路,测绘及遥感技术将不断为边界事务赋能增效,为边界事务管理常态化、信息化乃至智能化做出积极的贡献。

In the joint inspection and daily management of the boundary,the support of surveying and remote sensing technology is needed.In the process of boundary joint inspection,mapping and remote sensing technology are needed to provide border map,carry out field survey and provide technical support for the final joint inspection document drafting.During the daily management of boundary affairs,surveying,mapping and remote sensing technology play a critical role in the maintenance of boundary markers,the addition of unilateral border or cross-border facilities,the settlement of boundary disputes and the preparation of internal boundary investigation for joint inspection.In the future,it is suggested that the road of demand traction and technology promotion should be persevered in.Surveying,mapping and remote sensing technology will continue to enhance the efficiency of boundary affairs and make positive contributions to the normalization,informatization and even intelligence of boundary affairs management.
