摘要
富水严寒地区隧道采取深埋中心水沟排水方式,针对其深埋水沟施工工序多(含开挖、支护、埋管、防水、浇筑混凝土等),施工过程中存在阻断交通,对隧道掘进产生较大影响,从而影响施工进度。为解决以上问题,研发了组合式栈桥(已获专利),并结合潜孔钻机来对仰拱带深埋水沟进行科学组织、施工,实现了隧道掘进、深埋水沟、仰拱等施工平行、交叉作业,缩短工序循环时间,降低了施工成本,加快了施工进度,这为类似工程建设提供了可靠的借鉴经验。
The drainage method of deep-buried central ditch is adopted for tunnels in the water-rich and severe cold area.Due to the construction procedures of deep-buried tunnels(including excavation,support,buried pipe,waterproof,concrete pouring,etc.),traffic is blocked during the construction process,it has a great influence on the tunneling,thus affecting the construction schedule.In order to solve the above problems,a combined trestle bridge(which has been patented)has been developed,and the down-the-hole drilling machine has been used to organize and construct the deepburied ditch in the invert zone scientifically,thus realizing the parallel and cross operation of tunnel excavation,deepburied ditch and invert,etc.,it shortens working procedure cycle time,reduces construction cost and speeds up construction progress,which provides reliable reference experience for similar engineering construction.
