船用电器柜顶部支撑结构优化设计

Optimizing Design of the Top Support Structure of Electrical Cabinet on Board

摘要 针对船内电器柜受到外部冲击可能发生功能失效这一现象,对船用电器柜顶部支撑结构进行优化,增强其抗冲击性能,并采用有限元法对优化前后的船用电器柜结构进行抗冲击性能仿真。通过对比分析得出该优化方案能够改善船用电器柜的抗冲击性能,可以为同类型的设备结构设计提供参考。 In view of the phenomenon of function failure of marine electrical cabinet due to external impacts,the top support structure of the cabinet is optimized to enhance its impact resistance,and the FEM simulation analyses of the impact resistance of the structure before and after optimization are introduced.Through comparative analysis,it is concluded that the optimization scheme can improve the impact resistance of the electrical cabinet.The optimizing design can provide a reference for the design of the same type of the structure.
