摘要
本文介绍了对某钢厂水处理分厂蒸发式空冷器进行技术改造的过程。由于原有系统配套蒸发式空冷器严重老化且近期主体厂产能提升,其降温能力已无法满足主体厂所需水温要求。经现场踏勘及设计计算,对蒸发式空冷器重要零部件的材质进行比选后,更换适合现场需求的设备。改造后恢复了软水密闭系统设备降温能力,保证了主体厂正常生产情况下供水温度,同时改善了现场环境,实现节能减排。
This paper introduces the process of technical transformation of evaporation air cooler in a water treatment plant of a steel plant. Because the original system is equipped with evaporation air cooler is seriously aging and the capacity of main plant is improved recently, its cooling capacity can not meet the water temperature requirements of main plant. After site survey and design calculation, the material of important parts of evaporation air cooler is compared and selected, and the equipment suitable for the site needs is replaced. After the transformation, the cooling capacity of the equipment of the soft water closed system was restored, the water supply temperature was guaranteed under the normal production condition of the main plant, and the site environment was improved to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.
