孕产期不同模式下的母乳喂养知识宣传及指导对哺乳质量的影响 被引量:6

The influence of breastfeeding knowledge propaganda and guidance under different modes of pregnancy and childbirth on lactation quality

摘要 目的探讨在孕产期采用不同模式的母乳喂养知识宣传及指导对于哺乳质量的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2019年11月于海南医学院第二附属医院进行产检及生产的158例孕产妇为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组各79例,对照组给予相应的产前检查、健康教育等常规干预,观察组在对照组干预的基础上增加全程心理干预、微信延续指导、孕产经验交流。结果与治疗前相比,两组自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分均显著升高,抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均显著降低(均P<0.05);观察组治疗后的ESCA评分高于对照组,SDS评分及SAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为4.033、4.736、4.428,均P<0.05);观察组纯母乳喂养率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.863,P<0.05);观察组干预后总满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.913,P<0.05)。结论采用全程心理干预、微信延续指导、孕产经验交流相结合的干预方式,能够有效提升产妇的哺乳质量。 Objective To explore the influence of different modes of breastfeeding knowledge propaganda and guidance on breastfeeding quality during pregnancy and childbirth.Methods The 158 parturients who underwent Obstetrics and Delivery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College from December 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided them into observation group and control group with 79 cases each by random number table method.The control group adopted corresponding routine interventions such as prenatal check-ups and health education, and the observation group added full-course psychological intervention, WeChat continued guidance, and exchange of maternity experience on the basis of the intervention of the control group.Results Compared with before treatment, the scores of the Self-Care Ability Scale(ESCA) of the two groups were significantly increased, and the scores of the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) were significantly decreased(all P<0.05).The ESCA score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the SDS score and SAS score were lower than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(t=4.033,4.736 and 4.428,respectively, all P<0.05).The rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.863,P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group after intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.913,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of a combination of whole-process psychological intervention, WeChat continued guidance, and exchange of maternity and childbirth experience can effectively improve the quality of breastfeeding of pregnant women.
