摘要
乳房肿胀及乳头皲裂是产后哺乳期妇女常见的问题,多由于喂养不当导致。加强产后的母乳喂养指导能有效减轻产妇由于乳房肿胀及皲裂引起的疼痛,防止哺乳中断,提高母乳喂养成功率。本文回顾了1例反复乳房肿胀及乳头皲裂产妇母乳喂养的入户指导护理案例,希望为针对类似问题的母乳喂养指导提供借鉴。
Breast swelling and nipple fissures are common problems in puerperal lactating women, which are caused mostly by improper feeding.Strengthening postpartum breastfeeding guidance can effectively reduce maternal pain due to breast swelling and nipple fissures, prevent breastfeeding interruption, and improve the success rate of breastfeeding.This article reviews a case of domestic guidance and nursing of breastfeeding for a parturient with recurrent breast swelling and nipple fissures, so as to provide reference for breastfeeding guidance for similar problems.
