摘要
为了研究DR-ZN油藏深度酸化超分子暂堵剂相关情况,预设相关实验对暂堵剂的油溶性和水不溶方面进行评价,并考虑施工现场酸性物质影响,测定酸不溶性能;进行了暂堵剂在携带液中的分散性评价试验以及携带液及暂堵剂悬浊液黏度测试实验,基于相关实验数据进行产品论证。研究得出:DR-ZN暂堵剂的油溶性、耐酸性及水溶性指标均较好,适合用于当前储层条件下的油井酸化前的暂堵,且对相关储层损害小,其他污染因素少,综合评价效果好。其中DR-ZN暂堵剂原油溶解率达93.5%,土酸溶解率达94.35%,清水溶解率达96.27%。
In order to study the relevant situation of supramolecular temporary plugging agent DR-ZN for the deeply acidized oil deposit,the oil solubility and water insolubility evaluation of the temporary plugging agent is evaluated by the experiment,and the acid insolubility is measured considering the effect of acidic material in the site.The dispersity evaluation test for the temporary plugging agent in carrier fluid,the viscosity tests for the carrier fluid and temporary plugging agent suspension liquid are carried out,and the product demonstration is conducted based on the relevant experimental data.The results show that the oil solubility,acid resistance and water solubility of the DR-ZN temporary plugging agent is good,and it is suitable for temporary plugging of oil wells before the acidizing under current reservoir conditions.It has little damage to the related reservoir and less other pollution factors,and the comprehensive evaluation effect is good.The dissolution rate of DR-ZN temporary plugging agent is 93.5%in crude oil,94.35%in mud acid and 96.27%in water respectively.
