摘要
将聚磷酸铵(APP)、氮化碳(g-C_(3)N_(4))、碳纳米管(CNTs)以质量比为12∶1∶1混合后添加到环氧树脂(EP)中,以间苯二胺(PDA)为固化剂,制备导热阻燃EP材料并对其性能进行了表征。测试结果表明:当APP/g-C_(3)N_(4)/CNTs的总添加量为7wt%时,材料的起始热分解温度为319℃,800℃时的残炭量为29.9%,材料在垂直燃烧测试时通过了UL-94 V-0级,极限氧指数值达到了27.1%,材料的导热系数值达到1.16 W·m^(-1)K^(-1),表明用g-C_(3)N_(4)/CNTs/APP体系制备的EP具有良好的热稳定性、导热及阻燃性能。
The ammonium polyphosphate(APP), carbon nitrite(g-C_(3)N_(4))and carbon nanotubes(CNTs)are mixed at a mass ratio of 12∶1∶1 and then incorporated into the epoxy resins(EP). It is cured with m-phenylenediamine(PDA)as the curing agent and the performance is studied. The results indicat that the initial thermal decomposition temperature of the EP thermosets is 319℃ and the char residue at 800℃ is 29.9% when the total loading amount of APP/g-C_(3)N_(4)/CNTs is 7%(wt). Besides, the thermosets pass UL-94 V-0 grade during vertical combustion test with the limiting oxygen index value of 27.1%, and the thermal conductivity value of the material reaches 1.16 W·m^(-1) K^(-1). The fact demonstrates that the prepared EP composites with g-C_(3)N_(4)/CNTs/APP possesses outstanding thermal stability, thermal conductivity and flame retardant performance.
