基于CiteSpace的焦虑障碍与基因关系的知识图谱分析

Knowledge mapping analysis of the relationship between anxiety disorder and genes based on CiteSpace

目的本文对焦虑障碍与基因关系的文献进行了知识图谱分析,有利于推动该领域科研的快速发展。方法下载Web of Science数据库中关于焦虑障碍与基因关系文献的全题录信息,借助CiteSpace软件进行了年度与期刊分布、作者和研究热点的可视化分析。结果共纳入3213篇文献,在焦虑障碍与基因关系领域已形成一批具有较高学术影响力的作者,但彼此间的联系不够紧密,交流合作有待加强;研究热点包括15个方向,可以归结为4个主导性研究领域,分别为焦虑障碍分型的研究、焦虑障碍的分子遗传学研究、早期焦虑障碍研究和创伤后应激障碍研究。结论作者之间的交流合作应当加强,以建立有影响力的科研团队,实现科研水平的增长;在保持和加强成熟的科研方向的基础上,要注重跨学科、多元化发展,促进焦虑障碍与基因关系领域的发展。

Objective In this paper,we analyzed the knowledge map of the relationship between anxiety disorder and gene,which was helpful to promote the rapid development of scientific research in this field. Methods The full title information of literatures about anxiety disorder and gene relationship from Web of Science database was downloaded,and the annual and journal distribution,authors and research hotspots were visually analyzed with CiteSpace software. Results A total of 3213 papers were included,and a number of authors with high academic influence have been formed in the field of anxiety disorder and gene relationship,but the links between them were not close enough,and the communication and cooperation need to be strengthened;research hotspots included 15 clusters,which can be divided into 4 dominant research fields :anxiety disorder typing,molecular genetics of anxiety disorders,early anxiety disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder. Conclusion The communication and cooperation between authors should be strengthened to establish an influential research team and realize the growth of scientific research level;on the basis of maintaining and strengthening the mature scientific research direction,we should pay attention to interdisciplinary and diversified development,and promote the development of anxiety disorder and gene relationship field.
