摘要
目的探究互动式教育结合结构性心理干预对植入心脏永久起搏器患者情绪状态、生活质量和自我效能的影响。方法选取我科2017年1月~2019年9月期间94例植入心脏永久起搏器患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,均给予围术期管理,对照组47例给予互动式教育,观察组47例增加结构性心理干预,3月后,对比两组患者情绪状态、生活质量、和自我效能。结果治疗3个月后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分较对照组下降(P<0.05);观察组除躯体功能评分较对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,心理功能、社会功能、认知功能评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组自我效能感量表(GSES)评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论采取探究互动式教育结合结构性心理干预对植入心脏永久起搏器患者治疗效果确切,能够通过让患者掌握心脏永久起搏器的相关知识缓解焦虑、抑郁状态,通过缓解负面情绪提高患者生活质量,通过增强患者信心提高自我效能,且术后并发症发生率低,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the effects of interactive education combined with structural psychological intervention on emotional state,quality of life and self-efficacy of patients with implanted permanent cardiac pacemaker. Selection. Methods From January 2017 to September 2019,94 patients with permanent pacemaker implanted heart were selected and randomly divided into two groups,all the patients were given perioperative management. The patients in the control group(n=47) were given interactive education,while the patients in observation group(n=47)increased structural psychological intervention. The patients’ emotional state,the quality of life,self-efficacy,and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between two groups after 3 months of treatment. Results After 3 months of treatment,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of psychological function,social function and cognitive function in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),except the physical function score. The score of Self-efficacy Scale(GSES)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The interactive education combined structural psychological intervention can reduce anxiety and depressive state and the incidence of postoperative complications,improve patients quality of life and selfefficacy in patients with permanent pacemaker implanted heart.
