青少年癫痫患者对疾病进展恐惧的现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the situation and influencing factors of fear of disease progression in epileptic adolescents

目的探讨青少年癫痫患者疾病进展恐惧的现状及可能的影响因素。方法选择2018年7月~2019年12月郑州市某三级甲等医院神经内科病房收治的157例青少年癫痫患者为主要研究对象,收集疾病进展恐惧简化量表(FoP-Q-SF)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)和生活定向测验修订版(LOT-R)评分及一般资料。统计分析青少年癫痫患者疾病进展恐惧的现状及可能的影响因素。结果在年龄、性别、居住地、现阶段学业、医疗方式、病程时间、父亲职业、母亲职业、有无兄弟姐妹、发病频率方面不同的患者其Fo P-Q-SF得分有明显差异(P<0.05)。逐步多元回归分析结果显示,病程时间、性别、年龄、医疗方式、其他支持评分、现阶段学业情况与FoP-Q-SF评分呈正相关,LOT-R评分和朋友支持评分与FoP-Q-SF评分呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论青少年癫痫患者疾病进展恐惧的发生受多种因素影响,临床上应注意针对不同的危险因素采取相应的干预措施,以减少青少年癫痫患者疾病进展恐惧的发生。

Objective To observe the present status and influencing factors of fear of disease progression in epileptic adolescents. Methods A total of 157 adolescent epilepsy patients admitted to the hospital in Zhengzhou from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the main research objects. The fear of progression questionnaire-short form(FOP-Q-SF)score,perceived social support scale(PSSS)score,revised life orientation test(LOT-R)score and general data were collected. The the present status and influencing factors of fear of disease progression in epileptic adolescents were analyzed. Results There were statistically significant differences in FoP-Q-SF scores in the age,gender,residence,current education,medical treatment,course of disease,occupation of father,occupation of mother,whether there were brothers or sisters,and incidence frequency(P<0.05). The results of stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that the duration of disease,gender,age,medical treatment,other support scores and current academic status were positively correlated with the FOP-Q-SF score,while LOT-R score and friend support score were negatively correlated with the FOP-Q-SF score(P<0.05 or P< 0.01). Conclusion The occurrence of fear of disease progression in epileptic adolescents is affected by a variety of factors. Clinically,it is necessary to take appropriate intervention measures for different risk factors in order to reduce the occurrence of fear of disease progression in epileptic adolescents.
