摘要
目的探讨正念练习对产妇负性情绪的干预效果。方法采用目的性抽样法选取2020年1月~2020年12月期间到本院进行产检、分娩的100例产妇。随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理同时应用正念练习。比较两组干预效果。结果干预后,研究组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,五因素心智觉知度量表(FFMQ)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组第1产程、第2产程、第3产程视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组无一例出现产后抑郁,对照组发生率为12.00%(P<0.05)。结论产妇护理中实施正念练习可减轻其负性情绪,提升正念水平,缓解产程疼痛程度,减少产后抑郁发生。
Objective To explore the effect of mindfulness training on maternal negative emotions. Methods 100 cases of puerpera were selected from January 2020 to December 2020. They were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care,while the study group was given mindfulness exercises at the same time. The intervention effect was compared between two groups. Results After the intervention,the scores of self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the five factor mental awareness scale(FFMQ)score was higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05). The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the first,second and third stages of labor in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05). No postpartum depression occurred in the study group The incidence was 12.00%(P< 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of mindfulness practice in maternal nursing can reduce their negative emotions,improve mindfulness level,relieve labor pain and reduce postpartum depression.
