系统性心理护理对骨折患者焦虑抑郁情绪及护理满意度的影响

The influence of systematic psychological nursing on anxiety and depression and nursing satisfaction of fracture patients

目的评价采用系统性心理护理对于骨折患者干预后焦虑、抑郁情绪以及对护理满意度评分情况影响。方法选取本院2019年1月~2019年12月收治112例骨折患者,通过信封法随机将患者分为常规组(56例)与研究组(56例)。常规组患者予以常规手术护理;研究组患者在常规手术护理基础上结合进行系统性心理护理。比较两组患者手术时长、出血量与术后恢复状况,对比两组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁情绪,干预后2w骨折疼痛评分、护理满意度评分情况。结果两组患者手术时长、出血量与术后恢复情况对比无显著差异(P>0.05);两组患者护理前SAS、SDS量表评分对比无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后研究组患者SAS、SDS量表评分相比常规组明显更低(P<0.05);研究组患者干预后骨折疼痛VAS评分相比常规组患者明显更低(P<0.05);研究组患者干预后护理满意评分相比常规组患者明显更高(P<0.05)。结论骨折患者在常规护理基础上接受系统性心理护理有助于减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪并提高患者对护理满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of systematic psychological nursing on anxiety,depression and nursing satisfaction score of fracture patients after intervention. Methods 112 patients with fractures in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019,and the patients were randomly divided into a routine group(56 cases)and a study group(56 cases). Patients in the routine group received routine surgical care;patients in the study group received systematic psychological care based on routine surgical care. The operation time,blood loss and postoperative recovery status of the two groups of patients were compared. The anxiety and depression of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention,and the scores of fracture pain and nursing satisfaction scores of 2 w after the intervention. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in operation time,blood loss and postoperative recovery(P>0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of SAS and SDS before nursing(P> 0.05). After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P< 0.05). The VAS scores of fracture pain in the study group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P< 0.05). The score of nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P< 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing,systematic psychological nursing for fracture patients is helpful to reduce their anxiety and depression and improve their satisfaction with nursing.
