重症创伤患者创伤后应激障碍与睡眠质量及心理健康的关系

Relationship between Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder,Sleep Quality and Mental Health in Patients with Severe Trauma

目的探讨重症创伤患者创伤后应激障碍与睡眠质量及心理健康的关系。方法本研究对象为2017年10月~2019年10月我院收治的120例重症创伤患者,采用创伤后应激障碍自评量表(PTSD-SS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)以及心理健康症状自评量表(SCL-90)评估患者的创伤后应激障碍、睡眠质量以及心理健康情况,并分析PTSD-SS量表与PSQI量表、SCL-90量表之间的相关性。结果 120例患者回收有效问卷112份,回收率93.33%;重症创伤患者PTSD-SS总分(46.34±8.12)分、SCL-90总分(258.48±43.76)分、PSQI总分(8.67±2.01)分;PTSD-SS量表与PSQI量表、SCL-90量表各分量表之间均存在显著正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论重症创伤患者的创伤后应激障碍发生率较高,患者普遍存在睡眠障碍,心理健康水平下降现象,创伤后应激障碍与睡眠质量对心理健康具有显著相关性。

Objective To explore the relationship between post-traumatic stress disorder,sleep quality and mental health in patients with severe trauma. Methods A total of 120 patients with severe trauma in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected for this study. The post-traumatic stress disorder self-rating scale(PTSDSS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and mental health symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90)were used to assess the status of the patients,and the correlation between the PTSD-SS scale,PSQI scale and SCL-90 scale were analyzed. Results 112 valid questionnaires were retrieved in total 120 patients,with a recovery rate of 93.33%;the total score of PTSD-SS was 46.34±8.12,the total score of SCL-90 was 258.48±43.76,and the total PSQI score was 8.67±2.01 for all the patients. There was a significant positive correlation between the PTSD-SS scale and the PSQI scale and the subscales of the SCL-90 scale(P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence of post-traumatic stress disorder in patients with severe trauma is relatively high. Sleep disorders are common in patients,and the level of mental health is reduced. Post-traumatic stress disorder and sleep quality have a significant correlation with mental health.
