校友共同体建设与高校就业育人工作的耦合性研究——以浙江大学为例

A Study about the Coupling of Alumni Community Construction and Employment Education in Universities——Taking Zhejiang University as an Example

校友是高校发展的重要资源,校友共同体作为校友资源和力量的凝聚,既是育人共同体、学习共同体、情感共同体,更是与母校休戚相关的发展共同体。浙江大学的实践证明,校友共同体建设与高校就业育人工作具有耦合性,能够在大学生生涯规划、科研精神养成和科研素养提升、求职技能养成等方面发挥重要作用。因此,实现校友共同体与高校就业育人工作的耦合性发展,其实质是充分发挥校友在人才培养中作用,构建协同联动的就业育人体系。

Alumni are important resources of university development. The community of alumni is a community of education,learning and emotion,which consists of alumni resources and power. What’s more,it’s a development community of alma mater as well. The practice of Zhejiang University prove that there is a coupling between alumni community construction and employment education in universities. The coupling plays an important role in university students’ career planning,development of scientific research spirit and attainment,as well as job hunting skills. Therefore,the coupling development of alumni community and employment education is to make alumni play an important role in talent cultivation and build a cooperative employment education system.
