新旧动能转换背景下高校双创人才培养现状及对策研究——以山东省为例

The Research on the Status Quo of Cultivation for College Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents and Its Policy Implications in the Context of New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion——A Case Study of Shandong Province

本文基于新旧动能转换背景下的人才需求,对当前山东省高校双创人才培养现状展开调研,探索提高创新创业人才质量的方法,结合高校实际情况,提出基于"三个体系、四个结合、三个平台"的针对性应对策略及解决路径,以期为今后深入贯彻落实山东省新旧动能转换战略,落实高校双创教育改革实施意见提供参考和建议。

Based on the demand for talents in the context of new and old kinetic energy conversion,a survey was carried out on the current situation of the cultivation for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities in Shandong Province,to explore ways of improving the quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Combined with the actual situation of universities,it puts forward targeted coping strategy and solutions based on "three systems,four combinations and three platforms ",expecting to provide reference and suggestions for the in-depth implementation of strategy of new and old kinetic energy conversion in Shandong Province and the implementation of reform for education of innovation and entrepreneurship in the universities.
