摘要
使用乙烯醚类大单体EPEG(乙二醇单乙烯基聚乙二醇醚)与丙烯酸二元共聚合成聚羧酸减水剂,并对合成过程中的诸多影响因素进行综合研究。结果显示,在共聚反应过程中,温度与滴加时间、引发体系、链转移剂、滴加方式等条件,均会对所得共聚物的转化率、分子量以及共聚物组成等产生重大影响,进而使EPEG大单体合成的聚羧酸减水剂在混凝土中的应用性能有明显的区别。
Polycarboxylate superplasticizers were synthesized by copolymerization of vinyl ether-based macromonomer EPEG(Ethylene glycol monovinyl polyethylene glycol ether)and acrylic acid,and the influencing factors in the synthesis process were comprehensively studied.The results show that in the process of copolymerization,reaction temperature,dropping time,initiator system,chain transfer agent,dropping method and other conditions all will have a significant impact on the conversion,molecular weight and copolymer composition of the obtained copolymers,which then makes the application performance of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer which synthesised by EPEG macromonomer have obvious differences.
