摘要
对泵送混凝土试件进行回弹法测试,研究了混凝土浇筑侧面非水平方向回弹的角度修正关系,通过对混凝土浇筑底面和侧面的修正关系进行研究,发现泵送混凝土浇回弹修正同样可参照《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》给出的非泵送混凝土修正方法进行,但是部分修正量存在一定偏差,认为应直接建立泵送混凝土浇筑底面竖直向上专用测强曲线,减少修正误差,以提高回弹法检测精度。
Through the rebound test of pumped concrete specimens,the angle correction relation of non-horizontal direction rebound on the side surface of concrete pouring is verified,and the correction relation of pouring surface is verified by rebound on the bottom surface and side surface of concrete pouring.The rebound correction of pumping concrete pouring surface can also refer to the correction method of non pumping concrete given in"rebound regulation",but some correction values have certain deviation.In order to improve the detection precision of the rebound method,it is necessary to set up a special vertical strength curve for the bottom of concrete pouring.
