考虑可控负荷参与的虚拟电厂协调优化调度模型 被引量:1

Coordinated optimal scheduling model of virtual power plant considering controllable load

摘要 可再生能源(Renewable Energy Source,RES)发电固有的间歇性和波动性给其并网消纳造成了困难。虚拟电厂(Virtual Power Plant,VPP)是聚合分散分布的RES并对其进行统一协调管理的有效方法。首先,深度挖掘负荷侧供能潜力,提出可控负荷概念,并建立可控负荷储备率函数和可控负荷参与度指标。然后,建立包含可控负荷、传统电厂、随机性可再生能源的VPP模型;以VPP时序上网功率稳定性最大为目标,兼顾风光有效消纳,建立考虑可控负荷参与的VPP协调优化调度模型,该模型为典型二次规划(Quadratic Programming,QP),采用LINGO软件进行求解。最后,对IEEE14标准算例进行仿真分析,结果表明可控负荷参与下的VPP能有效改善负荷峰谷时段和新能源出力波动较大时段的系统运行特性,VPP整体出力平稳,且出力水平较高。 The inherent intermittent and volatility of renewable energy source power generation have brought big difficulties for its grid-connected consumption.Virtual power plant is an effective method to aggregate and manage distributed renewable energy source within a large geographical area.Firstly,the potential of energy supply on load side is deeply explored,a concept of controllable load is proposed,and the function of controllable load reserve rate and the index of controllable load participation are established.Secondly,a virtual power plant model including controllable load,traditional power plant and random renewable energy is established.Aiming at the maximum stability of time-sequence output of virtual power plant on grid,taking into account the effective consumption of wind-photovoltaic power,a coordinated optimal scheduling model of virtual power plant considering controllable load is established.The model is a typical quadratic programming case,which can be solved by the LINGO software.Finally,simulation analysis is carried out by using the IEEE14 standard system.The results show that the virtual power plant constructed with controllable load can effectively improve the operation characteristics of the system in the peak and valley periods of load and in the period with large fluctuation of new energy output.Meanwhile,the overall output of virtual power plant is stable and the output level can be improved obviously.
