摘要
采用草酸、硫酸以及十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(CTAC)作为改性剂,对Y型分子筛进行改性,通过XRF、BET等方法对催化剂活性组分分子筛进行表征^([1])。探索各种改性剂的加入量对Y型分子筛结构和组成的影响。结果表明所采用的改性剂能提高Y型分子筛的介孔比表面,在分子筛上形成有利于反应物大分子快速扩散的高速通道。并将提升催化裂化反应的转化率,降低原油加工成本。
Y zeolite was modified by oxalic acid,sulfuric acid and cetyltrimethylammonium chloride(CTAC)as modifiers.The modified catalyst support was characterized by XRF and bet.The effects of the amount of various modifiers on the structure and composition of Y zeolite were investigated.The results showed that the modified agent can improve the mesoporous specific surface area of Y zeolite and form a high-speed channel which was conducive to the rapid diffusion of reactant macromolecules.It will increase the conversion of FCC reaction and reduce the cost of crude oil processing.
