摘要
聚乙烯材料在加工过程中常常会受到氧、光、热、机械剪切等因素的影响发生降解,聚乙烯热降解过程中形成的氢过氧化物会进一步促进聚烯烃的降解,导致材料的外观发生色变,同时物理性能、力学性能和电性能等下降。本文通过在聚乙烯加工过程中添加两个厂家的复合助剂DFDA7042,结果表明,两种复合助剂均可抑制和延缓聚乙烯的氧化降解,从而延长聚乙烯产品的使用寿命。
Polyethylene materials are often degraded by oxygen,light,heat,mechanical shearing and other factors during processing.The hydroperoxide formed during the thermal degradation of polyethylene will further promote the degradation of polyolefins,resulting in the appearance of materials.The color change occurs,the physical properties,mechanical properties and electrical properties were degraded.The addition of DFDA7042 composite auxiliaries in the processing of polyethylene generally inhibited and retarded the oxidative degradation of polyethylene,thereby extending the service life of polyethylene products.
