正己烷紫外分光光度法测定石油类标准曲线使用时间的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 根据正己烷紫外分光光度法测定水质中石油类标准样品,对标准曲线和标准样品现配后测定结果与在室温(19~20℃)下放置3天、5天、一周后测定结果进行比对分析,结果表明随着标准曲线溶液和标准样品保存时间的延长,标准曲线的斜率截距变化较小,但标准样品(BW101)测定结果的相对误差逐渐增大,准确性将越来越差。建议在正己烷紫外法测定石油类实际检测分析中,建议标准曲线尽可能现配保证测定样品的准确性。 According to the determination of petroleum standard samples in water quality by n-hexane ultraviolet spectrophotometry,the determination results of standard curve and standard samples after being prepared were compared with those after being stored at room temperature(19~20℃)for 3 days,5 days and one week.The results showed that with the prolongation of storage time of standard curve solution and standard samples,the slope intercept of standard curve changed little,but the slope intercept of standard sample changed little.The relative error of BW101 will increase gradually,and the accuracy will be worse and worse.It was suggested that the standard curve should be prepared as soon as possible to ensure the accuracy of the samples.
