Cause Analysis of Main Problems in Operation and Suggestions for Improvement about SE-ⅡOriental Furnace

SE-Ⅱ东方炉首次商业运行一年来,气化炉及关联设备存在的主要问题也逐步暴露出来,作者通过对运行实际过程中发生问题的收集、分类总结并分析,提出行之有效的解决办法并予以实施。同时,也进一步梳理出了目前还存在但暂未解决的问题。并从实际出发对气化炉的下一步改进提出了建议,期望能对具有中国石化自有专利的煤气化技术获得更大范围的推广应用起到抛砖引玉的作用。

The main problems ofthe furnace and its associated equipmentwere exposed gradually since its first commercial operation for one year.Effective solutions of the problemswere put forward,by collecting,classifying,summarizing and analyzingthe problems in the actual operation.At the same time,the problems that still existed but had not been solved in advancewere also combed out.It was expected that the technology of Sinopec proprietary,which was about the coal gasified,can be widely applied.
