摘要 化学实验室是中学化学教学的基础条件之一,是培养学生综合素养的重要场所。实验室的合理利用以及开放,对广大教师的教育和教研都有着巨大的推动作用,提高实验室的利用率,转变传统实验室职能,为教育教学奠基实验室地位越发凸显。在实践中我们常会遇到人员不足、实验人员不专业、管理不精细、培训少等问题。如何能更好地进行实验室的管理促进其功能的开发和拓展,促进实验室人员成长,下面就我校的实践简要分析出现以下问题的原因和简要解决的办法。 Chemistry laboratory is one of the basic conditions of middle school chemistry teaching and an important place to cultivate students comprehensive quality.The rational use and opening of the laboratory play a great role in promoting the education and research of the majority of teachers,improving the utilization rate of the laboratory,transforming the function of the traditional laboratory,and laying the foundation for education and teaching.In practice,we often encounter problems such as insufficient personnel,unprofessional laboratory staff,unsophisticated management,not enough training.How to better manage the laboratory and promote the development and expansion of its functions,how to promote the rapid growth of laboratory staff,and a brief analysis of the reasons for the following problems and brief solutions based on the practice of our school were reviewed.
