摘要
[目的/意义]厘清教育舆情事件背后的影响机制,对于防范化解、引导教育舆情走向有着重要的指导意义。[方法/过程]结合参与者网络理论和舆情事件五力解释模型,提取以参与者主体、转译者载体、事件本体、监管部门干预四个维度8个指标作为条件变量,对30个教育舆情案例进行模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA),由此来探索教育舆情事件影响力的生成路径。[结果/结论]意见领袖传播力一定程度上是导致影响力指数较高的教育舆情事件发生的充分条件;涉及“恶”性的教育舆情事件会引发多重载体与公众的更多关注;教育监管部门在处理教育舆情事件时越积极,措施越得当,越会形成较低影响力的教育舆情事件。因此,需要建立年轻化的教育舆情应对小组以正确理解并合理应对公众关注焦点;重视各级意见领袖在教育舆情事件中的重要作用;依托教育资源开展相应培训为应对教育舆情事件提供正确的处理范式;涉及到会对社会产生重大影响的相关事件,校方需要第一时间建立相应的沟通小组,并与媒介载体保持密切沟通合作。
[Purpose/significance]Clarifying the influence mechanism behind educational public opinion incidents is of important guiding significance for preventing,dissolving and guiding the trend of educational public opinion.[Method/process]Combining the participant network theory and the five-force interpretation model of public opinion events,the paper extracts the main body of the participants;the carrier of the translator;the event ontology;the supervision department intervenes in four dimensions and eight indicators as conditional variables.A qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy sets(fsQCA)is carried out to explore the generation path of the influence of educational public opinion events.[Result/conclusion]The communicative power of opinion leaders is,to a certain extent,a sufficient condition for the occurrence of educational public opinion incidents with a high influence index;vicious educational public opinion incidents will cause more attention from multiple carriers and the public;The more actively and the more appropriate measures the education supervision departments adopted in handling educational public opinion incidents,the more low-impact educational public opinion incidents will come into being.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a younger education public opinion response team to correctly understand and reasonably respond to the focus of public attention,and attach importance to the important role of opinion leaders at all levels of education public opinion incidents,then rely on educational resources to carry out corresponding training to provide correct handling paradigm of educational public opinion incidents.Involving related events that will have a major impact on society,the school needs to establish a corresponding communication group as soon as possible,and maintain close communication and cooperation with media carriers.
