基于扎根理论的图书馆舆情服务信息收集质量影响因素实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Factors Influencing the Quality of Information Collection of Public Opinion Service of Library Based on Grounded Theory

[目的/意义]旨在为提升舆情服务信息收集质量提供参考。[方法/过程]以扎根理论为指导,借助Nvivo软件,通过编码调研数据,提炼出图书馆舆情服务信息收集质量影响因素,并分析其相互关系与作用路径。[结果/结论]利用开放式编码对调研数据进行分类、概括与归纳,提炼出归属于10个初始类别的34个初步概念;通过主轴编码,得到图书馆舆情服务信息收集质量影响关键因素为舆情信息本体结构性、舆情信息感知路径化、舆情服务主体能力值、舆情服务机制优化度;基于选择性编码,这4个影响因素之间存在着结构关系、因果关系、策略关系,这4个因素共同作用于舆情服务信息收集质量提升。舆情信息本体结构性可以为舆情服务信息收集提供更多功能;舆情信息感知路径是舆情服务信息收集的过程;舆情服务机制是舆情服务信息收集的情境环境;舆情服务主体能力提升与舆情服务信息收集质量提高可以协同发展。

[Purpose/significance]The paper aims to provide references for improving the quality of public opinion service information collection.[Method/process]Guided by the rooted theory,with Nvivo software,through the coding of survey data,the paper extracts the factors affecting the quality of library public opinion service information collection,and analyzes their mutual relations and action paths.[Result/conclusion]By using open coding for the classification,the paper summarizes the survey data,and extracts 34 preliminary concepts belonging to 10 initial categories.Through the spindle coding,the key factors affecting the quality of library public opinion service information collection are the structure of public opinion information ontology,the path of public opinion information perception,the ability value of public opinion service subject,and the optimization degree of public opinion service mechanism.Based on selective coding,there are structural relationships,causal relationships and strategic relationships among these four factors,which work together to improve the quality of public opinion service information collection.The results show that:public opinion information ontology structure can provide more functions for public opinion service information collection;public opinion information perception path is the process of public opinion service information collection;public opinion service mechanism is the situational environment of public opinion service information collection;the improvement of public opinion service subject ability and public opinion service information collection quality can be coordinated development.
