还原型谷胱甘肽应用在有机磷农药中毒急诊治疗中的疗效分析

摘要 目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽应用在有机磷农药中毒急诊治疗中的临床疗效观察及有效性。方法选取2018年3月—2020年6月该院收治的86例有机磷农药中毒患者,随机数表法分为两组,对照组43例,研究组43例。对照组应用常规治疗,研究组应用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,对比两组应用不同方法治疗后对ALT、AST、TBiL、GGT、CHE、cTnI及有效率的影响。结果研究组应用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗后,ALT(63.95±4.78)U/L、AST(61.26±4.26)U/L、TBiL(58.16±6.95)μmol/L、GGT(80.06±19.62)U/L水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组应用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗后,入院后24 h、72 h、7 d的CHE水平高于对照组,cTnI水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组应用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗后,有效率97.7%高于对照组83.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.962,P<0.05)。结论在机磷农药中毒急诊治疗中,应用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗取得了满意的效果,能够有效降低对各组织功能造成的损伤,进而控制病情的进展,提高治疗的有效性,值得临床进一步推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and effectiveness of reduced glutathione in the emergency treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods A selection of 86 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to June 2020 were divided into two groups by random number method,with 43 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the study group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment and the study group was treated with reduced glutathione.The two groups were treated with different methods to compare the effects on ALT,AST,TBiL,GGT,CHE,cTnI and effective rate.Results After the study group was treated with reduced glutathione,ALT(63.95±4.78)U/L,AST(61.26±4.26)U/L,TBiL(58.16±6.95)μmol/L,GGT(80.06±19.62)U/L.The level was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment with reduced glutathione,the CHE level of the study group was higher than that of the control group at 24 h,72 h,and 7 d after admission,and the cTnI level was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment of reduced glutathione in the study group,the effective rate was 97.7%higher than that of the control group 83.7%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.962,P<0.05).Conclusion In the emergency treatment of organophosphate pesticide poisoning,the application of reduced glutathione has achieved satisfactory results,which can effectively reduce the damage to the function of various tissues,thereby controlling the progression of the disease and improving the effectiveness of the treatment.It is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
