组合式外固定支架在四肢创伤骨科手术中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Combined External Fixator in Orthopedic Surgery for Limb Trauma

目的探究四肢创伤骨科手术中实施组合式外固定支架的应用效果。方法将该院自2018年12月—2020年3月期间收治的78例行四肢创伤骨科手术患者通过随机抽查的方式分为试验组与参照组,每组39例,试验组患者实施组合式外固定支架处理,参照组患者实施常规方式处理,对比两组患者骨折恢复时间、创面愈合时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及治疗效果。结果试验组患者骨折恢复时间为(3.28±0.76)个月短于参照组的(5.24±0.95)个月,差异有统计学意义(t=10.061,P<0.05),创面愈合为(37.58±10.46)d短于参照组的(46.52±11.79)d,差异有统计学意义(t=3.542,P=0.001),VAS评分为(2.32±0.57)分低于参照组的(4.29±0.74)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.171,P<0.05),治疗总有效率为94.87%明显优于参照组的74.36%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.303,P=0.012)。结论四肢创伤骨科手术中实施组合式外固定支架有助于预后恢复,可缩短愈合及骨折恢复时间,有效降低疼痛感,提升治疗效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of combined external fixation in limb trauma orthopedic surgery.Methods 78 patients who underwent limb trauma orthopedic surgery admitted in the hospital from December 2018 to March 2020 were randomly selected into the test group and the reference group.each group was 39 patients,and the patients in the test group combined external fixation stent,and the patients in the reference group were treated in a conventional manner.The fracture recovery time,wound healing time,VAS score and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The fracture recovery time of patients in the test group was(3.28±0.76)months shorter than that of the reference group(5.24±0.95)months,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.061,P<0.05),and wound healing was(37.58±10.46)d shorter than that of the reference group(46.52±11.79)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.542,P=0.001),the VAS score of(2.32±0.57)points was lower than the reference group(4.29±0.74)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.171,P<0.05),the total effective rate of treatment 94.87%was significantly better than 74.36%of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.303,P=0.012).Conclusion The implementation of combined external fixation in limb trauma orthopedic surgery can help prognosis recovery,shorten healing and fracture recovery time,effectively reduce pain,and improve treatment effects.
