千金苇茎汤对老年慢阻肺的治疗临床研究

Clinical Study on Qianjinweijing Decoction for the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in the Elderly

目的探讨千金苇茎汤对老年慢阻肺的治疗作用及用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气峰值流量(PEF)指标影响。方法选取该院2019年2月—2020年2月收治的慢性阻塞性肺病患者78例,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组39例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,联合组增加千金苇茎汤治疗,比较两组临床治疗总有效率,治疗前后FVC、PEF等肺功能指标及血气指标变化。结果联合组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组FVC、PEF指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后联合组用药后FVC为(2.91±0.50)L、PEF为(2.95±0.70)L/s,优于对照组FVC(2.70±0.40)L、PEF(2.50±0.83)L/s,差异有统计学意义(t=2.048、2.588,P<0.05);治疗前,两组血气分析各指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组血气指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年慢阻肺临床治疗中,以中药方剂千金苇茎汤进行联合治疗,能够有效促进病情改善,提高肺功能水平。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Qianjinweijing decoction on elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the influence of forced vital capacity(FVC)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)indexes.Methods A selection of 78 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the combination group was treated with Qianjinwei stem decoction.The total effective rate of clinical treatment,and the changes of lung function indexes such as FVC,PEF and blood gas indexes before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,the comparison of FVC and PEF indexes between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the treatment in the combined group,FVC was(2.91±0.50)L and PEF was(2.95±0.70)L/s,which were better than control group FVC(2.70±0.40)L and PEF(2.50±0.83)L/s,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.048,2.588,P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood gas analysis indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the blood gas indexes of the combined group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the elderly,combined treatment with Chinese medicine prescription Qianjinweijing Decoction can effectively promote the improvement of the condition and improve the level of lung function.
