痰涂片与痰培养在下呼吸道感染诊断中的价值比较

Comparison of the Value of Sputum Smear and Sputum Culture in the Diagnosis of Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

目的对比分析下呼吸道感染患者实施痰涂片诊断与痰培养诊断结果的临床应用价值。方法抽选该院2020年6—8月收治的确诊下呼吸道感染患者600例进行研究,均接受痰涂片与痰培养检测,归纳总结痰涂片、痰培养结果,同时对比两种检验方式的差异性。结果 600例患者通过痰涂片革兰染色检查,其中270例患者发现致病菌,占比45.00%,330例患者未发现致病菌,占比55.00%。痰培养结果中总计分离病原菌276株,占比46.00%,两种检测方法结果差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.040,P>0.05)。结论痰涂片与痰培养均能有效诊断下呼吸道感染疾病,其中痰涂片操作更为简单,可用于临床初步鉴别病原体,为其提供可靠数据参考。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical application value of sputum smear diagnosis and sputum culture diagnosis in patients with lower respiratory tract infection.Methods A sample of 600 patients with confirmed lower respiratory tract infection admitted to the hospital from June to August 2020 were selected for research.All of them were tested for sputum smear and sputum culture.The results of sputum smear and sputum culture were summarized and the differences between the two test methods were compared.Results The sputum smears of 600 patients were examined by Gram staining.Among them,270 patients were found to be pathogenic bacteria,accounting for 45.00%,and 330 patients were not found to be pathogenic bacteria,accounting for 55.00%.A total of 276 pathogenic bacteria were isolated in the results of sputum culture,accounting for 46.00%.There was no significant statistical difference between the two detection methods(χ^(2)=0.040,P>0.05).Conclusion Both sputum smear and sputum culture can effectively diagnose lower respiratory tract infections.The operation of sputum smear is simpler.It can be used to identify pathogens in the clinic and provide reliable data reference for it.
