醒脑静注射液对于急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效及对炎性指标的影响

The Effect of Xingnaojing Injection on Acute Ischemic Stroke and Its Influence on Inflammatory Indexes

目的探讨醒脑静注射液对于急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效及对炎性指标的影响。方法选择2018年6月—2020年6月该院收治的236例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,按照随机数表法为原则将其分为两组,各118例。其中研究组行常规治疗联合醒脑静注射液治疗,对照组仅行常规治疗。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后的炎性因子水平与日常生活活动能力。结果研究组治疗的总有效率94.07%高于对照组84.75%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.414,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组TNF-α(14.8±3.6)ng/L、IL-6(16.6±3.2)ng/L、hs-CRP(10.6±2.4)ng/L均低于对照组(19.5±3.4)ng/L、(20.6±3.7)ng/L、(14.8±2.9)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(t=10.310、8.882、12.120,P<0.001)。治疗后,研究组BI量表评分(68.6±9.6)分高于对照组(58.6±8.9)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.298,P<0.001)。结论醒脑静注射液可以有效提高急性缺血性脑卒中的治疗效果,适于临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing injection on acute ischemic stroke and its influence on inflammatory indexes.Methods 236 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups in accordance with the principle of random number table method,with 118 cases in each group.The study group received conventional treatment combined with Xingnaojing injection,while the control group received only conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment,and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.07%higher than that of the control group 84.75%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.414,P<0.05).After treatment,TNF-α(14.8±3.6)ng/L,IL-6(16.6±3.2)ng/L,and hs-CRP(10.6±2.4)ng/L in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(19.5±3.4)ng/L,(20.6±3.7)ng/L,(14.8±2.9)ng/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.310,8.882,12.120,P<0.001).After treatment,the score of BI scale in the study group(68.6±9.6)points was higher than that of the control group(58.6±8.9)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.298,P<0.001).Conclusion Xingnaojing injection can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of acute ischemic stroke and is suitable for clinical promotion.
