脑器质性抑郁治疗中坦度螺酮的应用及疗效评析

Evaluation of the Application and Efficacy of Tandospirone in the Treatment of Cerebral Organic Depression

目的分析脑器质性抑郁治疗中坦度螺酮的应用及疗效。方法文章探讨了80例脑器质性抑郁患者的治疗情况,患者于2018年5年—2020年5月期间收治入院。单双号将患者分成两组,以草酸艾司西酞普兰片(首剂量10 mg/d,最高剂量20 mg/d)治疗的为对照组,联合坦度螺酮(30 mg/d)治疗的为观察组,对比两组疗效、HAMD评分和MESSS、ADL评分。结果观察组治疗有效为95%(38/40),显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.274,P<0.05);观察组治疗2周HAMD评分是(28.94±3.42)分,治疗4周评分(22.43±3.28)分,治疗6周评分是(16.73±3.87)分,治疗8周评分是(8.33±2.87)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.523、5.662、4.595、8.275,P<0.05);观察组治疗后MESSS评分是(13.29±3.28)分,ADL评分是(79.83±4.87)分,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.851、7.354,P<0.05)。结论脑器质性抑郁治疗中坦度螺酮的应用可以提升临床治疗效果,显著减轻患者抑郁症状,提升患者生活质量及活动能力,建议在临床中推广该用药方案。

Objective To analyze the application and efficacy of tandospirone in the treatment of cerebral organic depression.Methods This article explored the treatment of 80 patients with organic cerebral depression.The patients were admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to May 2020.Single and double numbers were adopted to divide the patients into two groups,the control group was treated with escitalopram oxalate tablets(the first dose was 10 mg/d,the highest dose was 20 mg/d),and the observation group was combined with tandospirone(30 mg/d),compared the efficacy,HAMD score and MESSS and ADL scores between the two groups.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was 95%(38/40),which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.274,P<0.05);the HAMD score of the observation group for two weeks was(28.94±3.42)points,four weeks of treatment score was(22.43±3.28)points,six weeks of treatment score was(16.73±3.87)points,eight weeks of treatment score was(8.33±2.87)points,lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.523,5.662,4.595,8.275,P<0.05);After treatment,the MESSS score of the observation group was(13.29±3.28)points,and the ADL score was(79.83±4.87)points,which was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.851,7.354,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of tandospirone in the treatment of cerebral organic depression can improve the clinical treatment effect,significantly reduce the patients'depressive symptoms,and improve the patients'quality of life and activity ability.It is recommended to promote this medication in the clinic.
