工业用电阻焊机的配电思考

摘要 对于电阻类电焊机配电,由于实际生产中现场情况复杂多变,存在配电参数理论值与实际不符合的问题,导致无法满足工程需求。本文通过分析柔性焊网主机和桁架筋主机两种设备,深入了解该设备的现场工作情况,推导出了生产工艺设备所需的实际工作暂载率,从而得出更为准确的计算结果,并进一步复核了电气设备末端压降情况。将此方法应用于装配式预制构件生产厂房的实际项目,从而得到准确、可用于现场工作的电气设备配电参数。 For the electrical distribution of resistance welding machine,as the complex and changeable field situation,it is often encountered the problem that the distribution parameter calculated is not consistent with the actual,which leads to the failure to meet the engineering requirement.In this paper,through the analysis of the two kinds of equipment flexible welding mesh host and the truss bar host,in-depth understanding of the actual situation of the equipment in the field,deduced the actual work duty cycle required by the production process equipment,so as to obtain more accurate calculation results,and further check the terminal voltage drop of electrical equipment.This method is applied to a practical project of a prefabricated factory building,and the correct distribution parameters of the selected electrical equipment are obtained,which can be used in field.
