摘要
菜籽多酚是一个组成复杂的混合物,具有抗氧化、抗菌、抑制肿瘤等多种生理活性,有很好的发展前景。本文综述了油菜中多酚的组成、功能、提取工艺、提取过程的研究进展。
Rapeseed polyphenols is a complex mixture,with antioxidant,antibacterial,tumor inhibition and other physiological activities,which has a good development prospect.In this paper,the composition,function,extraction technology and extraction process of polyphenols from rape were reviewed.
