摘要
目的:通过对长期力量运动习惯人群、耐力运动习惯人群和无运动习惯人群进行血液代谢组学特征的对比研究,来观察不同运动方式引起的机体代谢变化,从而为运动调控机体代谢提供理论依据,为运动促进健康提供新思路。方法:招募18~29岁无运动习惯(WYDZ)、耐力运动习惯(NLZ)和力量运动习惯(LLZ)在校男性大学生各20名,采集清晨空腹静脉血,取血清进行液质联用的非靶向代谢组学检测,采用SPSS25.0和R语言进行数据统计和可视化分析。结果:代谢组学显示LLZ组vs.WYDZ组、NLZ组vs.WYDZ组和NLZ组vs.LLZ组这3个差异组有6个共有差异代谢物,与WYDZ组相比,LLZ组的维生素D3等代谢物显著上调,NLZ组的牛磺酸和丙酮酸等代谢物显著下调,L-谷氨酸等显著上调;NLZ组与LLZ组相比,棕榈酸等显著上调,甲硫氨酸等显著下调。结论:长期坚持运动可以改善人体的血液代谢组学特征,其中耐力运动主要改善能量物质的代谢,降低肥胖发生风险等;力量运动更有助于促进肌肉和骨骼健康,并能增加机体免疫及抗疲劳相关代谢物的含量。
Through a comparative study on blood metabolomics characteristics of people with different exercise habits,that is,those with long-term strength exercise habit(LLZ),those with endurance exercise habit(NLZ),andthose without exercise habit(WYDZ),this study observes the changes in metabolism caused by different exercisemethods,so as to provide a theoretical basis for exercise to regulate metabolism of the human body,and put forward new ideas for improving health via exercise.Research methods:20 male college students aged 18-29 yearsold are recruited respectively for the aforementioned three groups;their fasting venous blood samples are collectedin the early morning,and the serum is taken for a non-targeted metabolomics LC-MS assay.SPSS25.0 and R language are adopted for producing statistics and visual analysis.Results:Metabolomics showed that LLZ vs WYDZ,NLZ vs WYDZ,and NLZ vs LLZ had 6 common differential metabolites.Compared with the WYDZ group,vitamin D3 and other metabolites in the LLZ group were significantly up-regulated;for the NLZ group,taurine and pyruvate and other metabolites were significantly down-regulated,and L-glutamic acid was significantly up-regulated.Compared with the LLZ group,palmitic acid and other metabolites in the NLZ group were significantly up-regulated,and methionine was significantly down-regulated.Conclusion:Longterm exercise can improve the blood metabolomics characteristics of the human body.Among them,endurance exercise mainly improves the metabolism ofenergy substances and reduces the risk of obesity.Strength exercise is more conducive to improving muscle andbone health,and can increase the body’s immunity and anti-fatigue related metabolites.
