竞争情报视域下日本与五眼联盟的关系及对中国的影响研究

Research on the Relationship Between Japan and Five Eyes Alliance and Its Influence on China from the Perspective of Competitive Intelligence

[目的/意义]近年来五眼联盟有扩容之势,作为中国邻国的日本加入联盟的意愿日渐强烈。在竞争情报视域下研究日本与五眼联盟的关系及对中国的影响,希望为我国制定应对措施方面提出针对性建议。[方法/过程]该文整体上利用历史分析法和竞争情报分析法,从五眼联盟的演变及与日本的关系发展入手,由宏观环境、价值判定、战略动向三方面展开阐述日本若加入联盟后对中国可能产生的影响。其中在宏观环境部分采用PEST分析法、价值判定分析部分采用SWOT分析法。[结果/结论]研究表明,日本若成为第六只眼睛,与联盟一道遏制中国的力度必将升级,我国也须全方位发力做好应对。

[Purpose/Significance]In recent years,the five eyes alliance has been expanding.As a neighbor of China,Japan is increasingly willing to join the alliance.From the perspective of competitive intelligence,this paper studies the relationship between Japan and five eyes alliance and its impact on China,hoping to put forward some suggestions for China to formulate countermeasures.[Method/Process]Based on the historical analysis and competitive intelligence analysis,this paper starts with the evolution of the five eyes alliance and the development of its relationship with Japan,and expounds the possible impact of Japan's entry into the alliance on China from three aspects:macro environment,value judgment and strategic trend.Among them,PEST analysis method is used in the macro environment part,and SWOT analysis method is used in the value judgment part.[Result/Conclusion]The research shows that if Japan becomes the sixth eye,the strength of containing China together with the alliance will be upgraded,and China also needs to make full efforts to deal with it.
